Calling All Volunteers Redondo is Hosting XC Bay League Finals!

Redondo is hosting this year’s Bay League XC Finals on November 5th and we need your help. This year’s event will be begin at 6:00pm. That’s right—it’s our version of “Thursday Night Lights”. There is a bit extra work to coordinate to ensure we host the best meet possible. The meet coordinators have determined we’ll need approximately 40 volunteers working at 9 different stations from 4pm to 8:30 pm. We’ll need race course directors, check-in and finish line support, plus we’ll be hosting a snack bar. If you can help, please send an email to susanpryan@hotmail.com. Let us know if you have preference and if you’d be willing to act as a station captain.
This will be a VERY challenging coordination effort, so we really need as many people as possible to help make this a successful and safe meet. Stay tuned as we’ll be sending out more information as the meet draws closer. Let’s go Redondo XC boosters!
