Thanks to all of you who have volunteered at the Redondo Nike Invitational this Saturday, March 19th.
Just a reminder, we are having a meeting of all volunteers at the stadium on Friday, March 18th at 6:00 pm. We will try to keep it to 30 – 45 minutes. We’ll give you an overview of the event, review the schedule and hand out our limited edition volunteer t-shirts! The meeting will be on the VISITORS side of the stadium by the new Field House. You can park in the student parking lot on the north side of the school. (There’s a Varsity Girls Lacrosse game at Redondo that night.)
A quick update, we are anticipating 20 schools and about 1,000 athletes coming to our Sea Hawk Bowl this Saturday. I have a volunteer schedule mapped out but have a few loose ends to tie up before I publish it. Most of you have given me your preferences or limitations so hopefully there won’t be any surprises for you.
Thank you again for volunteering – we couldn’t do this without you.
This meet is going to be a busy, fun, exciting and competitive day!
