Cross Country Schedule 2012

RUHS 2012 SEA HAWKS CROSS COUNTRY SCHEDULE

A couple of things you should make note for the meets/ invitationals…

When we receive bus and meet information, emails will be sent to the parents and also posted on the home page on this website

The coaches will let the athletes know at practice what time they are to report to the buses on race day and any last minute changes if any. The buses leave from and return to the student parking lot on Diamond St.

Athletes need to bring at least 2 Waters/Gatorade along with healthy snacks/sack lunch. Some of the invitationals and meets have a snack bar and t-shirts for sell, if you like send money with your athlete.

Times listed are for when the races start. You will need to plan accordingly to be sure to arrive on time.
