All athletes will be given an off grounds pass to leave school at 12:55 PM since this is a night meet. They are to report back to the track at 4:00 PM. At this time, we will be holding our senior recognition ceremony and completing a team warm-up.

All athletes will report to Coach Ferrons classroom 821 during lunch to receive their official track off-grounds pass.
Any athlete who does not report during this time will be marked absent which will result in an unexcused absence.
Athletes are to go home during this time to rest, eat and complete homework.
They are NOT allowed to go to nearby  locations to eat or hang out and this will result in a truancy.
Any athlete that chooses not to go home during this time period, should report to Mrs. Ferron in room 821 for roll and to receive a pass to  the RUHS  library until the school day ends at 2:55 PM.

  1. I’d like to actually run in a half maaothrn. I’ve trained twice and came under my 2 hr goal but both times couldn’t actually run it due to injury. On a more serious note, my true life goal is to find true peace with my being. True comfort in my skin. It’s a pretty lofty goal, but for the sake of my beautiful daughter who I hope will have this confidence and peace, I will continue to work on it.
