Track & Field Parent/Athlete Information,
This Saturday ALL our athletes EXCEPT the distance athletes will be attending the Triton – Asics Invitational @ San Clemente High School.
Our distance athletes will be staying behind to continue with their training.

Buses Leave the RUHS student parking at 6:15 AM – Don’t be late.
Buses Returning to RUHS student parking lot.
#1 Bus only the athletes who have completed the events they are entered in will leave San Clemente HS approximately 3:30 PM to return to RUHS student parking lot.
#2 Bus will leave San Clemente HS after the meet concludes at approximately 6:00 PM to return to RUHS student parking lot.
Students should dress in layers as it may be chilly in the morning but will warm-up as the day progresses.
Also, all athletes should bring sunscreen, water, healthy snacks to eat through out the day.
If you like you can send money, T-Shirts will be sold and there will be a snack bar for after their events.

The coaches will let the athletes know at practice what events they are entered in.
Invitationals always do their best to stay on schedule but sometimes do fall behind and or ahead of schedule.
Please plan accordingly so you don’t miss your athlete’s race. It is at least an hour drive so be sure to plan extra time to include traffic, parking and to get to the track. Admission Prices: General Admission – $6.00, Students with ASB card – $4.00, Children under 12 – $3.00

Invitational T-Shirts: Will be sold at the concession booths near the snack bar.
