This Saturday, October 23, our team will be competing at the Mt. Sac Invitational in Walnut.
The bus leaves from the school at 5:20 AM. Our first race is at 7:43 AM. We will return to Redondo following our last race. All athletes should arrive in their uniforms and warm-ups. Make sure that they eat a race appropriate breakfast and bring water and a snacks for after their race.
Coach Bob will discuss the individual entrees with the athletes prior to race day. If we have any additional information to share, we will update the Website accordingly. Please keep checking.

Please note that it is a long walk from the parking lot to the spots where you can see most of the races.
Just a reminder: The coaches request that all parents and spectators stay away from the team tent during the meet. Prior to their race, we need our athletes to focus on their races and after each race, they need to meet at the tent and warm down with their team. We also need them to be available to speak with coaches after their races. Athletes have been directed that after they finish their race and warm down, they can go visit parents and others away from the tent area.
