  • Athletes:  please check-in at the admissions table by the putting green.
  • Volunteers for admissions & athlete check-in:  please report at 6:45 am at the admissions table.
  • Volunteers for field events & start/finish line:  please report at 8:30 am at the admissions table.
  • Anyone wanting to help set-up:  please report at 6:30 am

~This meet is also part of the qualifying meet for the California Track and Field Winter Championships. Any athlete who may be interested in this can find the link here on the information for both cost and qualifying standards. We do not attend as a team, but some athletes who qualify may choose to attend.

~This All-Comers meet requires each athlete to pay $12 to compete and is also a fundraiser for our team so students should be prepared to pay when they arrive.

~Most athletes should report to the track at 7:00 am unless they have been given a different time by their specific coach.  Once they pay, students will be given a wrist band by the admissions people. They then can proceed to fill out a waiver and get a bib by the meet organizers which they will use during the competition.  Please make sure the students have the wristbands on.

~Students do not wear uniforms to the meet since this is not a Redondo Track Meet but an all-comers meet. Students who have purchased spikes should wear their trainers but bring their spikes to the meet. They should clearly label all spikes, spike bags and personal belongings with their name.

~The meet begins at 9:00 AM and the order of events is in the link here It is a running schedule with no set times for each event as the length of each event depends on the number of competitors who sign up to compete. The meet will be over following the last event.  In previous years it was between 1:00-3:00 PM, depending on the number of athletes who compete. Redondo athletes will help clean up quickly after the meet and then can head home.

~There is a charge for spectators ($5) which is explained on the link. The snack bar will also be open in the upper bleachers to purchase snacks and drinks.
