When: Thursday June 7th 2012 Time: 5:00pm – 8:30pm

They still have a couple key areas where they need your help.

Senior’s gifts – One volunteer
We need someone to coordinate gifts for the seniors. Already have concept of what we want to do. Help decorate Entrance/Senior gift area.
Program - One volunteer
2) Terri and myself do not have the experience/skills required to create the Program. Expertise in this area necessary.
Raffle - I have a parent who is willing to co-chair. This volunteer will not be able to attend the banquet.
Need to know ASAP please .
4 ) Collecting donation items for raffle.
5 ) Oversee the raffle during the banquet.
Potluck - Chair Person Zovinar Mehranbod
6 ) Help Zovinar. Arrange drop off of items and set up potluck tables the night of the event. Clean up at end of night.
Set up – Several volunteers needed. Set up time after 12 on Thursday June 7th.
7 ) Decorate tables, stage, walls, entrance, and potluck area.
Clean up -Chair Person Meredith Tate- Meredith will be the go to person after Banquet
Immediately after the event we need everyone
8 ) We need a good number of people to commit now.
9 ) Take down decorations – table, stage, walls, entrance, and clean up potluck area.
