BOOSTER CLUB OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES
The following officers and committees are in place for the 2010 -2011 school year.
We are always seeking people committed to being involved in their child’s athletic life.
Volunteers are needed for all events to help support our coaching staff and team members. Please feel free to contact any of the following people to learn more.

Primary communicator with the coaches
regarding the needs of the team and the role
of the Boosters in meeting those needs.

Primary coordinator of home meets and recruitment
and training of volunteers.

Money management – including overseeing the snack bar
and admission receipts. Recruiting and training other parents
to take over the Snack Bar duties.

Primary communications coordinator, including updating the
roster and managing the RUNRUHS site with posts and photos.
Primary coordinator for the committee on the Bob Leetch Scholarship Award.
Includes fundraising, collecting the essays and submitting for vote.

*Open positions:*
Athlete Clearence / Bus Fee / Uniforms:
Overseeing each athlete receives and turns in clearence package, bus fee is paid form each athlete, ordering / distribution of uniforms. Will need to work with coach.
Snack Schedule Coordinator:
Facilitating the donations of food and drinks for meets.
Snack Bar Coordinator:
Managing a team of volunteers to support the snack bar at home meets.
Photography:
Take pictures at the meets (do not need to be a professional at all), burn onto a CD turn into the webmaster asap to post on website. The goal is to get pictures of all the kids at each meet so several volunteers is a must for the different times kids race. The kids love this and it is great if parents are not able to make the race.If interested in learning to upload to website let the webmaster know.

The true strength of the Boosters comes from the combined efforts of many. If we are to keep pace with the success of both the XC and the Track and Field teams, we will need 50 – 60 parents, all willing to lend a hand, take on a fund-raising idea, or sacrifice a Saturday. If your child is on either of these two teams…WE NEED YOUR HELP!
