Dave Dill

Coach Dill, father to senior Cody Dill, will return as our pole vault coach this year. Both Dave and his son participated in Pole Vault clinics at Mount Sac last December and brought those new skills, and talents back to our Redondo athletes. Coach Dill has high hopes of taking our Redondo pole vaulters back this year. Try something different…like hoisting yourself high in the air with nothing but your upper body strength and a long flexible pole!

Sophia Ruiz

Coach Ruiz will be coaching our hurdles and jumps again this year. Her technical skill and her warm ways made her a favorite among the athletes last season. Coach Ruiz was a winning hurdler and jumper herself in high school and college and we are are so pleased she has decided to join us for the upcoming Track and Field season.

Bill Sheue

Bill Sheue has been a long time fixture in southern California track and field. Bill spent 21 years in LA Unified and has coached at all levels. Bill is a believer in hard work and has a great eye for technique. He will cover sprints and work with coach Ruiz in jumps and hurdles.
