Snack Schedule – Cross Country

If you can provide snacks, please email us at runruhs@gmail.com and we will update the Master Schedule.

If you are bringing water, it would be helpful (but not necessary) to have it on ice in a rolling cooler.
The PB & J sandwiches should be made on wheat bread (2 loaves works well), and cut in halves.  Cover a large flat box with foil and lay them in there.
We will no longer be sending the snacks on the bus with the team. All water and snacks will need to be brought by you or make arrangements with the snack coordinator (TBA).
