South Bay Cup Wed. 10/2/13

The Redondo XC Sea Hawks next meet will be the South Bay Cup this Wednesday, Oct.2 2013, location Columbia Park, City of Torrance (190th St and Prairie/Madrona Ave). This is a fun meet we hope to see as many parents, family, alumni and fans as possible attending to cheer on the Sea Hawk Runners. Remember to Wear Red, Bring your Cowbells and Cheer Loud.

RACE SCHEDULE
JV Boys – 1:30 pm
JV Girls – 2:00 pm
Soph Boys – 2:30 pm
Frosh Girls – 3:00 pm
Varsity Girls – 3:30 pm (Redondo varsity not racing)
Varsity Boys – 4:00 pm (Redondo varsity not racing)
Frosh Boys – 4:30 pm
Awards – immediately after final scoring

Parent and Athlete Information:
All athletes will be racing Wednesday except those athletes on Varsity
There will be one bus shuttling athletes to the meet to limit the number of athletes missing class time. Athletes remember to let your period 5 teacher know you will be missing class on Wednesday, turn in any homework due on Wednesday or pick up any work you may miss prior to the meet.

JV Boys and JV Girls Bus Departure: will be dismissed from period 3 at 12:00 p.m. and the bus will leave at 12:15 p.m. from the student parking lot

All Other Athletes Bus Departure: will leave for the meet after their period 3 class and will meet the bus at 12:40 p.m. in the student parking lot

Bus Returns:5:30 – 6:00 p.m. to the student parking lot

Athletes need to: Be dressed in their uniforms and warm ups. Bring bottled water/Gatorade Athletes racing in the earlier races should eat their lunch during snack and bring a snack to have after their race. Freshman boys should bring a snack lunch to eat during lunch.

  1. Those are great links Rachel. I have a feeling that they’re not cdrnioesing buying a vehicle on payments. I’d lean more towards #3, simply because you’d have only 2 vehicles (doesn’t make sense to have more than that) to buy gas for and insure. I wonder what the cost difference is to insure 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles with a little increase for fuel.
