Annual Letter Drive Fundraiser ~ Cross Country, Track & Field Program
2012 Cross Country & Off Sesaon Track,
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION DURING the 2012 SEASON!
Each Cross-Country and Track & Field Season athletes participate in the letter drive fundraiser.
If you are in both sports you only need to participate once.
Cross Country and Off Season Track will be held during the cross country season.
Track and Field athletes that come in from other sports will be held during the track season.
Races, transportation, helping athletes in need, and end-of-season banquets all cost money.
Our main source of funding comes from our annual letter drive.
It’s CRUCIAL that EVERY athlete fully participate.
Luckily, we make this fundraiser pretty easy.
Each Athlete needs to bring in 10 ADDRESSES and 20 STAMPS
(Stamps are for the send and return envelopes).
The Boosters will provide 10 brochures calling out for donations,10 donation cards, 10 envelopes and 10 return envelopes.
Athletes BRING 20 STAMPS and ADDRESS FORM completely filled out and legible.
