The heats and names for some of the events have changed, due to student injury/illnesses. Athletes will need to defer to their coaches who will determine who will be competing in each event and there are many changes not shown on the heat sheets. At Friday’s practice the coaches will be firming up as much as possible, exactly who will be competing in each event, as we assess our options.

Bus will not be leaving from the meet until 10:00 PM to return the Student Parking Lot on Diamond St.

It will be a long day, athletes should bring a sack lunch, snacks, bottled water and Gatorade.
Dress in layers and don’t forget sunscreen. If you like, bring money for food and to purchase a t-shirt.

If athletes want to leave the meet early after their races are completed they will need to complete the alternative transportation form and turn it in to Coach Ferron at the meet.  Under no circumstances will students be allowed to leave the meet early unless the form is completed by their parents.  It is okay for a student to ride home with another parent but only if the form is completed and turned in.  No students are allowed to drive to or from the meet themselves; those arriving for later races need to be transported by parents. Alternate Transportation Form

We have many of our athletes competing in the Rated and Invitational Sessions which begin at 7:00 PM and the atmosphere for these racing is electrifying and many athletes love staying and cheering during this part of the meet.
