South Bay Cup on Tuesday 09/25/12 to be held at Columbia Park, in the City of Torrance
190th Street and Prairie/Madrona Ave.

Boys JV and Girls JV will be released from their Period 4 class at 12:00 PM to meet the bus in the Diamond Parking lot. Parents you should have received an email with the list of JV runners.
All other athletes will be reporting to the bus at 12:40 PM, after their period 4 class is finished. This bus will also meet in the Diamond Student Parking lot.
Varsity athletes will not be participating in the meet, and will be meeting for practice during period 6 with Kirsten. They will be doing a long run toColumbiaParkto cheer our athletes on.
All athletes are requested to remain until the end of the meet to cheer their teammates on. After the awards ceremony which will begin approximately at 5:00 PM, athletes may leave with parents as long as they check in first with Coach Ferron. All other athletes will go back on the bus to Redondo and can be picked up around 6:15 PM.
Those athletes who are running in the earlier races should make sure they eat a hearty breakfast and have something at snack. Those athletes running in the later races should pack a lunch they can eat. All athletes should again bring their own water and Gatorade.
