We will need help in a number of areas including athlete check-in, spectator admission, event timing, and start/finish to name a few. This is a low-key meet and a great time for new parents to learn about the various track and field events. We will need volunteers to report at 8:30 am on the field to get their assigned area and any directions needed.
NFHS RULES states that NO COMPETITOR SHALL COMPETE IN MORE THAN 4 (FOUR ) EVENTS PER MEET

6-5-9 NEW RULE the”cartwheel” technique in the shot put is a foul.
7-4-6 vert jumps the crossbar may be 4 sided with flat ends or semi-circular
7-5-21 pole vault- forearm covers to prevent injury may be used. chalk or adhesive such as rosin may be used directly on the pole during competition.
