It includes all 4x 200 relay members, all 4 x 1600 F/S runners, all field events except for Varsity Pole Vault this is later in the day.
Students are being informed of this at practice.

Bus #2: Leaves promptly at 6:30 AM from the student parking lot on Diamond.
All other athletes not listed above will be leaving at this time.

Qualifying to participate in this meet is based on qualifying times and distances from the Thousand Oaks Meet and practices.  Most athletes will be participating in at least one of the events that are spread out throughout the day. Several athletes though will not be participating, as they did not meet the qualifying times/distance or height.  Of course, these athletes are welcome to attend the meet to cheer on their teammates.

Athletes should dress warmly for early morning hours, yet also be prepared for warm weather. Remember to put on sunscreen and to bring some to the meet, as it will be a long day.  Athletes also should bring Gatorade, water and healthy snacks to eat throughout the long day.  A concession stand will also be available so send money if you like.

The meet is expected to end approximately 5:00 PM and athletes will be back at Redondo around 6:30 PM. Remember these are approximate times so please keep in contact with your athletes by phone. Please make sure that all uniforms, warm-ups, backpacks and spikes are clearly marked with the student’s name in Sharpie.

This is an exciting meet in a beautiful location and we hope to see many of you are there cheering on our Sea Hawks!
