Athletes – Saturday October 26th 2013
Bus leaves: 5:30 am Sharp from the RUHS Student Parking Lot
Bus leaves Mt. Sac: around 2:30 PM to return to the RUHS Student Parking Lot around 3:30 PM

Athletes should be dressed in uniform and in team warm ups. Dress in layers as it will be chilly in the morning and get warmer during the day. Bring Water/Gatorade and a snack to eat. If you like you can bring money for t-shirts and the concession stand AFTER your race.

Schedule for RUHS Athletes:
7:15 AM: JV Boys (11-12 grade who are not in Varsity of JV National Championship Race)
7:36 AM: JV Girls (11th grade girls that are not in the Varsity Race)
9:44 AM: JV Boys National Championship Race (Top 7 boys not in Varsity Race)
9:58 AM: Girls Varsity Individual Sweepstakes Race (Top 7 Varsity Girls)
10:58 AM: Boys Varsity Team Sweepstakes Race (Top 7 Varsity Boys)
11:05 AM: Freshman Girls
12:17 PM: Freshman Boys
12:32 PM: Sophomore Girls
1:12 PM: Sophomore Boys 

Info for Parents and Spectators: Bring money for gate charges for all spectators, parking charges and if you like there will be programs, t-shirts and a concession stand.
