On behalf of the entire Cross Country and Track & Field teams, we’d like to extend a huge CONGRATULATIONS to Kai Deines and his recent commitment to attend the University of Pennsylvania! Kai is one of the top shot put and discus throwers in the country and we can’t wait to see him in action again this track season. Way to go, Kai!
