On Monday, April 22nd all track team members will be released after 1st period. We will have two buses leaving at 10:40am. The first buses will transport all field event athletes, varsity 1600 runners, frosh/soph 3200 runners and hurdlers. The two buses will drop off at Mira Costa HS and return to RUHS to pick up the remaining athletes. This is a long qualifying meet and athletes are not expected to stay to the end of the meet. Please arrange carpool transportation from Mira Costa if the athlete is not planning to stay to the end of the meet, likely after 6:00pm. There will be a bus bringing any athletes back to RUHS after the final event.
The host school has asked everyone to enter from the Peck St side of the campus due to the construction. Be aware of the parking signs. There is street sweeping beginning at 4:00pm.
We will have a tent on the infield during tomorrow’s prelims for the athletes. We would like our athletes to stay out of the sun throughout the day either in the tent or stands in the shade. We kindly ask parents, friends or anyone not competing to stay in the stands. Please do not come onto the infield.
There is no time schedule. Only an Order of Events.

Team Entrance
Please enter the facility at the lower track entrance off of Peck Street. Buses should also drop off teams at that location. Coaches, Please keep your teams in the stadium. School is still in session and we do not want to interrupt classes with athletes walking the campus.
Parking
Street Parking only during school hours. There is a 4:00pm Street Sweeping on Peck Street. Please let your Teams and Families know so they don’t get a ticket.

Each team is responsible for running a Field Event. PLease have your crew ready to go so we can start the event on time.
Athletic Trainer will be available the full meet for injuries.
Snack Bar and Restrooms will be available.
