2. All athletes need to complete the Athletic Clearance – even if you completed it last year. There are two components to this. (1) Physical Forms are here: https://redondoathletics.com/2024/03/02/athletic-clearance-2024-2025/. (2) You also need to complete the 8 to 18 website registration: https://redondounion.8to18.com/ . Please note that both pieces need to be completed for Cross Country season. Please complete both pieces ASAP.
