Below is more information on the event:
All-Comer’s events are qualifying events for athletes to participate in the California Track & Field Winter Championships, which will take place at Arcadia High School on February 8. In order to participate in the Winter Championships, an athlete must participate in one of these All Comer events and qualify (hit a certain time, jump a certain distance, etc.)
In order to participate in the All Comers event, each athlete, must register and pay for the event individually – the school cannot register on the athlete’s behalf. Link to register athletes and pre-pay for a spectator ticket are here: https://www.
RUHS needs volunteers in the below categories:
Set up – show up before the meet to set up tables and barriers
Athlete check in (will need an iPhone as you may need to collect payment and/or register some athletes)
Spectator check in (will need an iPhone as you may need to collect payment)
Concessions
Start/finish line assistance
Long jump/triple jump crew (measuring jumps & raking pits)
Shot put (measuring & logging results)
High jump
