2009 Cross Country Schedule
The 2009 RUHS Cross Country Meet Schedule is now available. See the link to the right. A great website to visit for information about all High School Cross Country is www.dyestatcal.com. Detailed schedules and results from meets throughout California get posted on dyestatcal.
2009 RUHS XC High Altitude Training Camp
Over 40 runners will be participating in the training camp at Big Bear Lake starting Sunday, August 2nd. The bus will leave at the top of the Seahawk Bowl at 1:00 pm. Campers should pack efficiently. Good luck to the Running Seahawks!!!!
Summer Pole Vault Training Program
Local high school Pole Vault coaches will be conducting training sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 pm in July and August.
