Novice:  1:15
JV Boys: 2:00
Varsity Girls – 2:30
Varsity Boys – 3:00
JV Girls – 3:30
Frosh Boys – 4:00
Frosh Girls – 4:30

Parent & Athlete Information:

Athlete’s need to be drinking plenty of water tonight and tomorrow morning,

Athlete’s will be getting out of their 4^th period class at 12:00 pm and heading straight for the bus.

The bus will depart RUHS at 12:20 pm.

Athletes are to wear their uniforms to school. There will be no place to change at the meet.

All athletes need to bring a lunch and Water/Gatorade.

Directions:
Pacific Coast Highway to Palos Verdes Blvd,.
Right on Palos Verdes Blvd, go through Malaga Cove to PV Drive West.
Stay on PV Drive West about 3 miles
When you past Via Coronel go to the next stop sign where the fountain is and make a U turn around the fountain.
When you see the baseball fields on your right this is where the cross country course located.
