Volunteers please report to the field at 1:00 to 1:15 p.m. for directions and to be in position before the first race goes off. Snack Bar volunteers if you are helping with set up please report by 12:00 pm to help Carmel. Cashiers and window workers report at the time slot shift you signed up for.
Thank you for your support!

All RUHS athletes will need to bring their uniform to school on race day and should be in uniform and wearing sweatshirt/pants before reporting to the stadium. JV Boys and Varsity Girls will be dismissed from their period 4 classes at 12:15 PM.  All other athletes will head to the track immediately after their period 4 class ends at 12:40 PM.

Athletes should pack their own lunch to eat this day with healthy items, water or Gatorade. The coaches are recommending that JV Boys and Varsity Girls eat their lunch during snack tomorrow and bring a light snack to eat before the race, as their races are earlier.

All athletes need to remain until the end of the Freshman Girls Race in order to support the entire team during this important Bay League Meet.

Race Schedule:
1:45- JV Boys
2:15- Varsity Girls
2:55- Break for school traffic
3:20 – Varsity Boys
3:50 – JV Girls
4:20 – Frosh Boys
4:50 – Frosh Girls

Special instructions for ALL cheering parents and fans: The teams will be running through the main body of the campus. For the first two races classes will still be going on. All our cheering fans and cheering athletes will need to stay off the main body of the campus during the first two races. There are plenty of other great vantage points to cheer. After the break feel free to wander anywhere to cheer.

I wanted to try being a veritagean for a year. I know it’ll be tough but I think I can do it. I’ve already started having a distaste for meats. Hoping that will have a great impact on my lifestyle.Another goal is trying to be comfortable going out in public without make up on. Just moisturizer and sunscreen if anything. I’ve been so dependent on make up, I think it’ll definitely help me appreciate my unique qualities and love myself even more.
