- Volunteers, please arrive by 7:15 am in the upper parking lot off of Diamond Street to be briefed and where to be placed. Please email Janice at [email protected] with any questions.
- As of now, the district isn’t allowing anyone on campus except for athletes and coaches.
- For those that I have spoken with about volunteering, your position has been changed to course guide outside campus grounds.
Athlete Information:
In order for the athletes to race on campus, they need to visit this website http://app-school-screen.ase-eapps-prod-001.p.azurewebsites.net the morning of race day and answer the questions for a green screen clearance. Your athlete will need to show their clearance to the school administrator (by the back gate off of Diamond Street).
It is advised to have a light meal a few hours before the race. Something like oatmeal with fruit and toast. There will be no concessions available. Bring your own healthy snacks & water bottle. Eat a typical healthy meal the night before. No need to carbo-load. And start hydrating the day before along with the morning of the race.

Redondo athletes will be assigned a separate area to stretch, warm-up, and prepare to race. Redondo athletes will treat their teams’ heat as their cohort. An example would be Redondo JV Girls will be a separate cohort. All athletes will warm-up, race, and warm down with their cohort group.
All athletes will arrive wearing masks. They will wear a disposable mask to the starting line before their race. If they do not have one a mask will be provided. Once the race begins the athlete may toss the mask to the side or adjust the mask below the chin. And adjust it accordingly during the race.
Athletes will change back into their training flats and do their team warm down together. This is important both physically and emotionally.
*Carlos will provide Gatorade to our athletes in the upper parking lot.
