RUHS athletes should arrive at 5pm.
Spikes are not allowed as they will ruin the timing matts. Athletes will be placed in heats at 5:30pm.
Approximate breakdown of heats:
- 6:00 – BOYS 6:00+
- 6:10 – BOYS 5:45
- 6:20 – GIRLS 7:00 +
- 6:30 – BOYS 5:30
- 6:40 – GIRLS 6:30
- 6:50 – BOYS 5:15
- 7:00 – GIRLS 6:00
- 7:10 – BOYS 5:00
- 7:20 – GIRLS 5:45
- 7:30 – BOYS 4:50
- 7:40 – GIRLS 5:30
- 7:50 – BOYS 4:40
- 8:00 – GIRLS 5:15
- 8:10 – BOYS 4:30
There will be a community open mile at 5:45 to start things off, no official times.
