RUSH XC Banquet Invite Oct2023-v1 (1).
The banquet will be held Friday, December 1st at Los Verdes Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes from 6pm-10pm. You can purchase tickets by following the link in the invitation. Please note that the deadline to purchase tickets is November 20th. The venue requires us to provide a final head count 10 days prior to our event, so please try to purchase tickets as soon as possible. Also in the invitation are links to contribute to an end of season gift for the coaches if you would like to participate. We will present the gifts to the coaches at the banquet. If you choose to contribute, your athlete’s name or your family’s name will be included in the card.
Additionally, we need your help! Are you the parent of a senior? We are looking for a parent volunteer or volunteers to coordinate the senior gifts. You would be responsible for coming up with the gift idea, purchasing, putting the gifts together and helping to present them at the banquet. You will be reimbursed by the Booster Club. If you are interested, please reach out!
Also, do you have any special skills that could be of benefit for our banquet? Are you a decorator, party planner, florist or just love flower arranging? Any skills that you think would be helpful, please reach out! We would love your help!
